Compromise agreements, for starters are agreements which are undertaken to accept a situation that varies from what was originally sought after. Compromise agreements are especially important under employment laws. Compromise agreements allow for the final settlement of employment claims. In divorce proceedings, compromise agreements can also be used. As with all agreements, make sure that you seek the advice of a qualified lawyer and that everything is made clear in writing in the agreement.

Software license agreements, on the other hand, are those agreements that you enter into before downloading or using particular software. Software license agreements ensure that you will not copy the software or modify it. Based on what was stipulated, the software should be used only for single or multiple users.

Any other business undertaking that you plan to engage in should be covered by an agreement to prevent any confusion in the future. Reseller agreements, as with all other agreements, should be able to address the needs of both parties involved. Always bargain for as much leverage as you can. If you are the reseller, then your vendors will negotiate with you to get access to the customer base that you already have. If you are writing your own business agreements, try consulting with a lawyer who can read through it and offer suggestions as to how it can be further improved.
