The most popular envelope ranges that Eagle Envelopes produces are: C4, C5, and DL envelopes, Manila fast seal, wage pockets, mailing wallets, squares, greeting cards, and specialty envelopes for special uses.

Specialty envelopes are available in different sizes, can either be with or without windows, and they can also be overprinted.
· Gussets- its sides and bottom are expandable, making it ideal for bulky items.
· Board Backs- it has a stiff card backing to prevent it from bending.
· All Board- it is made entirely of card in order to protect its contents
· Intact- it is made of polypropylene membrane, making it tear-proof
· Tyvek- it is made of a tough spun material allowing it to be water resistant
