For example, California criminal law has a three strikes and you’re out clause. Florida bankruptcy law, on the other hand has several types of bankruptcy. Straight bankruptcy allows you to discharge your debts in exchange for property. All they need to do is to prove that the marriage is irretrievably broken which means that there is no hope for both parties to want to try and mend the marriage.

In New Jersey lemon law, on the other hand, the consumer is protected for up to two years after the automobile is delivered. Vehicles must have been purchased or leased in New Jersey. The New Jersey lemon law, however, does not apply to commercial vehicles or motor homes.
