While some therapists have resorted to prescribing drugs for treating anxiety disorders, the best solution combines medicine with counseling. Talking about your problems has proven to be a form of release that has alleviated the levels of anxiety of an individual. Keep in mind, however, that anxiety disorders must be addressed as soon as possible, since they may get worse if left untreated.
