Some companies think that you can integrate electronic signature software through XML coding. One industry that is using digital signatures is the music industry. This process used by the music industry is called non-repudiation. Vendors use digital signatures as proof that the customer got the song they have downloaded from a website.

Regardless of the vague regulations surrounding electronic signatures, there are still some major corporations that are slowly using electronic signature software for their business needs. If you are planning to integrate electronic signature software into your current network, you have to choose your vendor carefully. Due to indistinct regulations surrounding the concept, your vendor should still be in business even if adaptation to the electronic signature software is slow. You do not want to implement electronic signature software into your network and have your vendor go out of business after a couple of years leaving you with no one to support your system.
