Apart from its well-stocked library, the other interesting feature in the Art Institute of San Diego is the Palette dining room. This is a dining facility run by culinary arts students who have finished six academic quarters. In your final quarter, the institute entrusts to you the operation of the facility which is open to the public. You get to feature all the cuisines and disciplines that you have learned.
