One of the easiest ways to boost interest and awareness for a product from a start up company is by joining trade fairs and exhibitions. It helps get you in touch with industry leaders and other suppliers who can guide and assist you in your business.

Before joining a tradeshow exhibit, however, you must have a workable budget. Make sure that you do not spend too much on booth costs. Since tradeshow exhibits usually travel around the country in different locations, portable exhibits are the best way to show off your wares without having to spend a lot of money. You do not need to have the largest exhibit booth in the tradeshow. By investing in making the booth attractive and distinctive, then you stand a greater chance of attracting more crowds.

Some portable exhibits can simply be tabletop units or full-height exhibits. You may choose to add your company logo or some product photos on portable exhibits to make them more your own. Portable exhibits are often lightweight and shippable and do not require any special personnel to assemble. When signing up for the tradeshow, try to get the best exhibit booth location as possible. Sign up early so you can get a choice of location. The best exhibit booths are located near the front of the hall or the center. If you can have exhibit displays at the corner areas, this is also a good location.

Choosing the right staff for your booth also spells the success or failure of your exhibit. Make sure they know the objectives of the tradeshow exhibit so they can work towards the same goals. Find tradeshow staff members that are energetic and personable as well as well-versed in your products or services.
