This is where the small dehumidifiers can be of great value. You dot have to invest in the more expensive, full size units just to dehumidify a very small portion of the house.

In the end, the real value of small dehumidifiers is their portability and flexibility. You can focus the dehumidification on very specific areas. Portable dehumidifiers can walk in and out of areas, and can be kept in storage when not needed.
