The toughest job for this excavator is to access underwater sand which is hard as cement. To do this, the excavator works at complete reach, digs a bench, walks on the bench and digs underwater then throws the sand onto the top level.

The daewoo excavator uses quite a small bucket but it doesn’t have problems with overheating, and productivity can be maintained.

The controls are very smooth, the cab is roomy and the engine bay is well laid out for servicing.

The loader can work hard – 10hr week and six hour Saturday. Not only can the loader load 200-250 tonnes a day, it also cleans under the crushers, carries concrete slabs to the crusher and pushes up stockpiles.
