CA process servers are individuals who earn a living by serving legal notice or in layman’s terms, deliver legal paperwork to parties who need to respond to a proceeding before a government body, tribunal or court in the state of California. Notice is as a rule given by handing over to the party in question court documents such as subpoenas, summons, writes or complaints.
