You will need to register your business by supplying the information fields with your company name, contact information, and products you sell or buy. You may also include a picture of your product or service.

Registration is for free and you are usually given credits to use towards making new posts or for getting contact information of other registered companies. You can also get to access product catalogs which list the products and prices, but not the contact information. Once you use up all your credits, you will need to purchase more from the B2B trade portal.

You also get email alerts if another party has seen your posting and would like to contact you directly.

You may also use your credits to request the site to post you under the premium list. The premium list allows your company to be one of the first ones to come up every time interested parties make inquiries, much like being on priority list in a search engine's directory.

For extra fees, you can also post your own company advertisement to attract more buyers or suppliers. You can also post trade fair announcements to fellow members of the B2B trade portal for an additional fee.
