About Lead Tracker

Lead Tracker is a site which was created with the purpose of giving leads to businesses specializing in construction, systems installations, electrical connections, and many more building-related projects.

The site gets hundreds of leads daily from various government and private sources of project opportunities, which it in turn passes on to its subscribers. The subscribers are free to contact the leads for further inquiries and negotiations. Lead Tracker does not create the leads, but is simply into tracking leads as a go-between.

How Lead Tracker Works

You sign up for subscription through an online application process. You can choose which project locations you prefer, as well as the areas of your specialties. You also need to state how often you would like to receive alerts concerning any leads.

It is imperative that you provide your email address, as this will be the main mode of communication between you and Lead Tracker.

The site offers a 30-day free trial period only for new subscribers. You must also give a valid credit card number and be responsible for monitoring your free trial period. At the end of the free period, you will be billed through your credit card if you don't cancel. If you choose to continue subscription, you will be charged only the monthly fee, and in turn, you will keep receiving the leads.

Making the Most of Your Subscription

As a subscriber, you will receive leads either on daily, weekly, biweekly or monthly basis. Lead Tracker will provide details of each lead, such as job requirements and bidding schedules, and will also give you tips on how to submit a good winning project proposal.

From then on, it is up to you to take the initiative of preparing your proposal and contacting the client for further inquiry. Lead Tracker will neither represent nor assist you during the bidding process. It is not responsible either for screening out the prospective clients, so you should also take it upon yourself to research on their reputation and credibility before dealing directly with them.

Since you get hundreds of leads each period, it is best not to place all your efforts into negotiating for only one project. Instead, you should also be zealous in following up on the leads to maximize the benefits of your subscription.
