It can be expensive to hire a tutor who can teach you several different language at a price that is affordable. Add to that the fact that learning a new language involves a lot of facets including writing, reading, speaking and listening. Oftentimes, you can be good at aspect yet not be proficient in the other areas. Good thing there are now DVDs and interactive training materials that will allow you to learn various different languages in the comfort of your own home.

The advantages of using the rosetta edition are many. One is that you can study Rosetta Spanish or whatever language you are interested in at your own pace. The Rosetta stone training materials use multimedia extensively making learning easier and fun.

There are several stages used by rosetta edition in training for any particular language. The first level teaches the basics. Sentence construction and practical words and phrases that you can use if you are planning to visit a specific country. This level won't take much time and is very easy to learn. It also provides a firm foundation upon which you can build more advanced use of the language.

Being able to speak a few words or phrases is not what you want though. You want to at least be able to converse with the locals to appreciate their culture more. This is the next level in the rosetta edition. If you plan to stay in a place for a few months or so, this is the perfect rosetta edition level to use.

The third level is the most advanced level of the rosetta edition training course. This will give advanced understanding of how the language works. If you are really serious about learning a language well, this level is the level you should aim for ultimately. If you reach this level, you should be able to speak the language fluently.
